Terms of use
These are the terms of use for GigDaddy. Using the site means you understand that GigDaddy is only a place for posters and independent providers to find each other.
GigDaddy does not perform gigs, employ providers, supervise the work, endorse anyone, or guarantee quality, safety, licensing, insurance, or payment. You are responsible for your own agreements, for checking licenses and insurance where the work needs them, and for following the law.
Posters must not publish prohibited content. Providers must not quote while suspended or banned. We may remove a gig or limit an account. Reports and admin actions are logged.
The service is free. There are no fees and no paid plans. Advertising, including sponsor placements labeled Sponsored, may appear away from the posting and quote forms. A sponsor ad is not an endorsement.
The public map uses an approximate location. You agree not to put a street address in the title, description, or photos. Contact details are shared between a poster and a provider only after the poster accepts that provider's quote.
